All sales are final once the payment transaction has been approved.
Exchanges are accepted only if the wrong item(s) were shipped.
Please contact us before returning any products.
Once the return request is accepted by our team and the return address is provided through email, customers must return the item back to us within 7 days with the return tracking number provided.
* Return of goods will not be accepted if the products/boxes are damaged and/or not in their original condition, or if the tags are removed.
