Are your sneakers new?
A majority of our sneakers are new, but we may also offer used pairs in pristine condition for certain shoes at discounted price. If a shoe is used, it will be labelled so on the product page, otherwise it's brand new.
How do I know if the items are authentic?
All of the products we acquire go through a rigorous verification process before they are listed for sale. All of our products are guaranteed as 100% authentic, otherwise your order will be refunded. 
What payment methods are accepted?
We offer a variety of payment options such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Google Pay and much more. You also have the ability to get your shoes instantly and pay over through Affirm.

We ship nationwide from our direct flagship store here in California. Orders are guaranteed to ship within one day of purchase and come with FREE SHIPPING!
Why was my order cancelled?

An order can be cancelled for a variety of reasons.

One reason is because we could not verify the payment details provided.  In these instances, you may place your order again using a verified alternative payment method. We may also cancel your order if an item(s) within your order becomes unavailable prior to preparing your order for shipment.  

For all cancelled orders, a refund of the item(s) will go back to your original form of payment.

 

What if the product I received is not the product I ordered?

In the event that there is an issue with your order, please contact us and our customer service team will promptly look further into any issues with your order.
